How do we hire you to be our wedding photographers?

Where are you based and what areas do you cover?

We are based in North Nottinghamshire. We travel everywhere. Most of our clients get married in the greater Nottingham, Derby, Sheffield and Manchester regions.

What Is Your Pricing?

Our fees start at £995 and is dependent on coverage required, date, location and our availability.

How would you describe your style?

Beautiful, timeless storytelling with a focus on capturing real moments and emotions.

How would you describe your working style?

Natural and relaxed. Real moments not staged ones so no bossing around by us.

Who will photograph my wedding?

Always Sam & Andy. If you are having a particularly large wedding that requires any additional photographers, then we will also bring our associate photographers with us.

Are you full time wedding photographers?

Both of us are full-time professional photographers. Photography is our only income.

How long have you been working together?

We’ve worked together since 1998, that’s over 20 years!

How long after the wedding will we receive the images?

Always within 3 weeks.

How will they be delivered?

Via an online password protected gallery from where you download the hi-res files.

How many photos will we get?

Obviously every wedding is different so we can’t give a definitive figure for your day, but we can say that if we cover your whole day then, on average, you will receive around 500 high resolution photos, individually hand edited by us. It can be much higher depending on the number of guests and the action on the dance floor! Anything that is good will be hand edited by us and given you.

Will my photos be watermarked?

No, the hi-res files we deliver to you are not watermarked.

Can we choose to have some photos in black & white?

ALL your photos will be delivered in colour and black & white.

Can we print our photos ourselves?

Yes. Whilst we retain the copyright you are free to make unlimited personal prints for yourselves, your friends and your families.

Do you do videography?

No we don’t. We are photographers who choose to specialise is photography. We do know many fabulous cinematographers and will be happy to put you in touch with them.

Do you offer a photo booth?

No but we know a fabulous photo booth company who we are happy to recommend to you..

Can we see full galleries of recent weddings?

Of course.

Have you photographed a wedding at our venue before?

Probably!

How much of a deposit do you require?

A non refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure us for your wedding date.

When is the deposit due?

At the time of booking.

When is the balance due?

8 weeks before your wedding date.

Do you accept payments in installations?

Yes for the balance but the deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

If cancellation occurs within the 8 weeks prior to your wedding date then all monies paid are non refundable. The deposit is non refundable at any time after your contract is signed. Balance payments made on instalment will be refunded in full if cancellation occurs prior to 8 weeks before your wedding date.

When will we receive the contract?

On the same day as you make your booking we send you the contract for your approval.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes. We are fully insured for up to 5 of us, should that ever be required.

Do you carry backup equipment?

Yes! We bring more cameras than hands!

What is the backup plan if you are unable to shoot my wedding for an unexpected reason?

We have excellent relationships with many photographers all over the country. It never has, but, if this should ever happen then a photographer of equal quality and comparable style will be sourced by us for you at our expense.
