We hate being photographed, is that going to be a problem?
Not at all. Honestly, it’s the most common thing we hear. We specialise in helping people relax, and we’re really good at it. Most couples end the day saying they actually enjoyed it — and the photos show that.
Do we need an engagement shoot?
No, but we offer one if you’d like it. It can really help if you’re nervous or unsure how you’ll feel in front of a camera. You can also swap it for a pre-wedding call. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
How many photos will we get?
You’ll receive a full story, not a highlights reel. Usually that’s between 400 and 600 images, depending on your coverage and how the day unfolds.
When will we get our photos?
We deliver galleries within 7 days for most bookings. If you’ve booked the Core package, it’s within 10 days. We also send you a few preview favourites within 48 hours.
Do you charge extra for travel?
Anywhere within 90 minutes of Chesterfield is included. If your wedding is further afield or involves overnight stays, we’ll agree everything clearly upfront, no surprise charges.
Can we meet you before we book?
Absolutely. We’re happy to chat via phone or video call, or meet in person if you’re local. This isn’t a sales call, it’s just a chance to see if we’re a good fit.
What happens if it rains?
We still get amazing photos, just different ones. Some of our favourite images have happened in the rain. We’ll bring umbrellas, backup plans, and calm energy. You just enjoy the day.
Can family and guests access the gallery too?
Yes, your online gallery is private, but you can share the link with anyone. They’ll be able to view, download, and order prints without restrictions.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully covered for liability and equipment. Always.
Do you offer albums and prints?
Yes, we offer high-quality albums, print bundles, and framed wall art. You don’t need to decide now. Most couples choose once they’ve seen their gallery.
