So what do we actually do differently?
We don’t expect you to know how to be photographed. When you need direction, we’ll give it. We’ll tell you where to stand, where to look and what to do. When nothing needs our involvement, we’ll leave it alone and photograph what’s happening.
We’ve photographed more than 500 weddings, so you’re not responsible for making the photography work. We are.

If we can help, we will.
Sometimes that means giving you a little direction for a photograph. Sometimes it means fixing a buttonhole, finding someone who’s disappeared just before a group photo, or making somebody laugh when they’re feeling uncomfortable.
None of that is a separate service. It’s simply what happens when we’re there, paying attention and trying to make the photography and your wedding go well.
The photos that mean the most aren't always planned.
We’ll make the photographs you expect us to make. The ceremony. The people you love. The portraits. The groups.
But we’re also watching what happens between them. Your dad seeing you in your dress. Someone unexpectedly bursting out laughing. The reaction happening behind you while you’re looking somewhere else.
You can’t put those moments on a photography list. We just have to be paying attention when they happen.
After 500 weddings, very little surprises us.
We’ve photographed more than 500 weddings over 17 years. We’ve dealt with late ceremonies, nervous couples, disappearing relatives, difficult weather, changing plans and people who really, really don’t want their photograph taken.
Experience doesn’t mean treating every wedding the same. It means having enough experience to know when this wedding needs something different.
